The number of digital systems used at the Helsinki Airport has increased to dozens, if not hundreds. At the same time, they have become increasingly critical for the smoothness of traveling.
Finavia used to handle the maintenance, service and repair of its digital systems in-house. As the criticality of the systems increased, Finavia wanted to ensure 24/7 monitoring and maintenance, and Cinia was a suitable partner.
