The new cloud era company Cinia will strengthen its service offering of industrial Internet and digital operating environments by acquiring 100 % of Kilosoft Group Ltd. The transaction will be completed in January 2015 when the current services and business of Corenet and Kilosoft will be combined in Cinia One Ltd.
Both companies' services to customers will continue unchanged whilst broadening to include a more diverse range of services. These new opportunities will be communicated to customers and made available as rapidly as possible during the spring.
Kilosoft's long-term goal has been to grow to three times its current size and to be a provider of advanced services. This new partnership will help us achieve these goals much faster and to continue our growth, which in 2014 was an increased turnover of around 30 %, confirmed Jyrki Oksanen, Kilosoft's CEO.

The arrangement is intended to combine the two facets of high technology together with specialized and complementary expertise in a package that underpins the special expertise of Finnish and Finnish-based companies. This supports the provision of mobile and international operations and ensures solutions for practical and effective services. This configuration results in a strong and high-quality IoT company that will grow and expand internationally.

Once formed, Cinia One will be made up of around 200 people, experts who specialize in industrial internet, intelligent transport systems, product development and quality assurance services and processes, communications, and security management services. It will have a base of about 80 demanding customers.
