Technology company Digita and Cinia Oy, a high-availability data network and software solutions provider, have signed an agreement to transfer Cinia's tower business to Digita.
The transaction will provide Digita with approximately 100 telecommunications towers, which will complement Digita's nationwide tower portfolio.
