Cinia and Air Navigation Services Finland Ltd (ANS Finland) have entered into an agreement upon the cooperation of service desk operations. ANS Finland is responsible for Finland’s air space management. They provide en-route services and aerodrome control services in Finavia operating airports and at the Lappeenranta airport. Air traffic control services primary purpose is to ensure that secure and essential services function effortlessly in Finland.

The service Cinia provides to ANS Finland consists of reception and handling of notifications related to various technical systems. The notifications will then be handled according to the agreed procedure in cooperation with ANS Finland. The service agreement has no impacts upon the ANS Finland personnel.
”Through this cooperation we are striving for a reliable, cost efficient and 24/7 centralized fault notification service. The service must function seamlessly, because fault delays in the aerodrome control systems can easily affect air traffic regularity. Preparations and training towards the production launch in May have exceeded our expectations,” says Jukka Piilola, the Senior Vice President of ANS Finland.
