Cinia's customer satisfaction is at an excellent level

Cinia's customer satisfaction is at an excellent level. According to a recent study, Cinia is perceived as a good and reliable partner that values its customers.Cinia regularly measures its customer satisfaction to develop its service and project operations. The results have developed positively for several years, and according to the latest survey Cinia's customers' readiness to recommend and customer satisfaction is still at an excellent level. 

The Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures the readiness to recommend, is now at 51, remaining almost the same as a year earlier. Customers perceive Cinia as a customer-oriented and reliable partner with whom it is easy and effortless to cooperate.

The  factors increasing the readiness to recommend are the quality of the services and the products, as well as reliability and expertise of Cinia personnel.

The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), which measures total customer satisfaction, is at 80, which is also at an outstanding level. The index shows the share of very satisfied and satisfied customers among all respondents.

"An exceptional year has shown us that contactability and listening to the customer are now even more important as personal encounters have diminished. The results of the study show that we have managed to be particularly sensitive to messages coming from our customers and to keep the level of our service high", says Ari-Jussi Knaapila, CEO of Cinia.

Most respondents say they will continue to work with Cinia in the future.

This was the seventh time Taloustutkimus Oy conducted the survey in the form of telephone interviews. The study used the Corporate 360˚ CUSTOMER survey concept, which is used to find out how satisfied customers are with different areas of operations and what their significance is for overall satisfaction.
