Cinia to purchase a nationwide Emergency Response Center Information System from Insta

Cinia Ltd and Insta Response Ltd have entered into an agreement on a transfer of business whereupon Cinia acquires title to an emergency response center information system and will assume responsibility for its maintenance and development. The acquisition will take effect on May 3rd, 2021. The nationwide Emergency Response Centre Agency receives all emergency calls via a single national emergency number, processes the data and alerts the necessary units utilizing the same information system. The ERICA system serving emergency center operations is one of our most critical information systems nationally.

Service Desk also acts as a point of contact towards Cinia’s customers.

Cinia's service desk for corporate and public customers has been selected as the best service desk in Finland in 2017. Wakaru awarded the recognition at the Yhteys 2017 event in Helsinki. Cinia service desk was selected, in particular, because of its excellent customer and personnel satisfaction, its high level of supervisory work and leadership practices, and its development roadmap based on goals derived from the strategy.

New data connection by Cinia and C-Fiber Hanko opens business opportunities

Cinia Group and investment group C-Fiber Hanko have signed a cooperation agreement to enable the construction of a branch connection to Hanko from C-Lion-1 submarine data cable between Germany and Finland.
